What To Expect at our Hands-On Grilling Classes In our classes: You'll work together in a fun, hands-on environment led by the Weber Grill Masters and Chefs. You will have the opportunity to practice your skills on either a Weber charcoal kettle grill or a Weber gas grill. Along with the recipes, we will teach you everything you'll need to know about grilling, from set-up to clean up. Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted You will work with other students You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class Please wear comfortable shoes and have long hair tied back You will have a chance to enjoy every dish you cook. Please note that photography and footage maybe be taken throughout the Grilling Academy class. These will be used by the Weber Grill Restaurants, for marketing purposes, they may be used on our website and social media or in any third party publication. If you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this please inform the Grill Academy Chef or Sales Marketing Manager.
